With a doctoral degree in Engineering Science and a BMA [Master’s degree in Business Management], Franck Eba was SD/CSR Director of SIFCA from 2007 to 2014 and strives to improve working conditions and relations with private planters and local communities. In 2011, he was awarded a prize for Best CSR Strategy in Africa. From 2014 to 2018, he was agri?industrial Director for SUCRIVOIRE Borotou-Koro with record production of 50,837 metric tonnes of sugar and received a prize for Best Reforestation in 2017. Since July 2018, he has been Country Managing Director for SAKJ & ANANGO (dessert banana and pineapple). He also chairs the RSO CI network in Ivory Coast and the Association of Professionals of BTC (Compressed Earth Bricks).
