Yoann Caquière joined ATRE, an integration association located in the Pas de Calais, in 2010. While working on the issues of work organization and economic model, he discovered the Economy of Functionality and Cooperation. This concept has helped this Ressourcerie of 70 employees to become aware of its externalities, to think about work and use value, but also and above all to establish a strong territorial anchorage in the Ternois region, allowing the development of many cooperations and creating many projects.
