Biography
Ryan Levinson is the Co-founder and CEO of SunFunder, a climate investment business with a mission to pioneer and scale clean energy and climate investments in emerging markets. To date SunFunder has closed over $160 million for 57 clean energy companies in Africa and Asia, impacting over 8 million people with access to affordable clean energy.
Prior to SunFunder, Ryan was VP of Environmental Finance at Wells Fargo and led $500 million of investments in more than 150 solar projects. He started his career with the World Resources Institute working with businesses and policymakers on climate and energy policies.
