Angela Oduor Lungati is passionate about creating and using impact technology tools.

With more that 10 years of experience, she is currently the Executive Director of Ushahidi, a digital company, that creates tools to democratize information, increase transparency and empower individuals to have their voices heard. She was also the Director of Community Engagement, a company that creates and manages programs for the worldwide community of Ushahidi.

Angela Oduor Lungati is also the co-founder of AkiraChix, a non-profit organization that nurtures generations of women who use technology to develop innovations and solutions for Africa.

She is member of the executive committee of the Creative Commons organization.
