Biography
With a strong background in real estate, Frédéric Lavergne is the Managing Director of Eliria, a company that offers living spaces with a strong social, territorial and environmental impact.
Frédéric Lavergne holds a post-graduate degree in Finance from the University of Montpellier. He began his career in 2002 with the SNI group, first in financial analysis, then in investment studies and management control.
In 2011, he took on financial management assignments for the Société anonyme de construction de la Ville de Lyon (SACVL) before joining SA du Hainaut as CFO (2012-2014). In 2014, he was promoted to General Secretary of the Valenciennes-based ESH, then to Chairman of the Management Board in June 2015. He was CEO of Logirem from 2017 to June 2019; at which time he joined Erilia as CEO.
He is also Chairman of the intermediary housing company VILIA, created in June 2020 by Erilia and the Caisses d’Epargne CEPAC and Côte d’Azur.
