After graduating from ESSCA and the University of Dublin, Jean-Philippe Sloves first joined the BULL Group to launch the first PCs on the European market as International Product Marketing Manager. Four years later, he joined the Bernard Julhiet Consulting Group as Consulting Director, in order to support the integration of new marketing and sales management software within large companies. From 1998, he was successively Marketing and Communication Director for Bosch Telecom and Lucent Technologies in France. In 2003, he became Head of Communications for the largest banking IT project in Europe, within the Banque Populaire Caisse d’Epargne Group. Since 2014, Jean-Philippe Sloves has accompanied the transformation of La Redoute, as Director of Corporate Communications and CSR.
