Biography
Jérémy Estrader joined the Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne in 2005 within the Local Authorities and Institutions department. He then joined Crédit Foncier de France (CFF) in 2008 where he held front office positions for 10 years, first in the large public authorities and hospitals segment, and then, in 2010, in the social housing market as regional manager. In 2016, he was appointed director of the Social Real Estate, Local Public Enterprises and Social Economy markets.
At the beginning of 2019, he joined Groupe BPCE’s Caisse d’Epargne development department as Director of Transformation for the Banque des Décideurs in the regions, and then in July 2019, as Director of Development for the Social Housing, Local Public Enterprises and Professional Real Estate markets (developers, planners-builders, property dealers, real estate companies).
He is the Deputy Managing Director of Groupe Habitat en Région.
Jérémy Estrader holds a Master’s degree from the Inseec Paris business school and an Executive Master’s degree in real estate finance from Paris Dauphine.
