Biography
Renaud Bettin, a renowned expert in the field of climate action, encourages cooperation between companies to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. In an article published in Le Monde, he considers organizations “no longer as individuals in search of their own zero, but rather as vectors of action in the service of the neutrality of the world and its territories”. Responsible for climate action at SWEEP, he is currently involved in the creation of a software that facilitates the management of climate action in companies.
After nearly a decade spent at GERES, a pioneering non-profit organization in access to carbon financing for energy access projects, he joined Carbone 4, a leading carbon strategy consulting firm, as head of the carbon neutrality unit. He will be in charge of the Net Zero Initiative project, a reference framework for organizations’ contribution to carbon neutrality.
In charge of climate action at SWEEP, he is involved in the creation of a software that facilitates the management of climate action by companies. Objective: reduce the carbon footprint of organizations.
