Mr. François-Michel Lambert is Deputy for the 10th constituency of the Bouches-du-Rhône. He is the founding Chair of the National Institute for the Circular Economy, a multi-stakeholder organisation (businesses, communities, NGOs, schools and universities) established to define and implement a transformation of our economic model, with a view to rejecting a society of wastefulness and turning towards the development of an economy which is focused on resources, their preservation and efficient use. Mr Lambert received the Marianne d’Or award for sustainable development for his proactive action to encourage this change towards a circular economic model.
