Connie Wong is the Compliance Director of Kiabi Group. Kiabi, a privately owned fashion retailer from France, has over 450 stores located in France, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Malta, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Saudi Arabia etc.

Connie is responsible for leading Kiabi Group’s social and environmental compliance operations globally. Her main focus is on evaluating, managing and mitigating risk as well as support transparency along the supply chain. She manages her teams to partner with suppliers for continuous improvement through training in sustainability, and developing suppliers’ compliance ownership and self-monitoring.

Connie has 15 years of experience in textiles and apparel industry, while she developed her career mainly in the compliance field. Prior to Kiabi, Connie served as Trade Compliance Manager for Abercrombie & Fitch for 4 years, managing the compliance of Asia Pacific regions. Connie holds two Master degrees, LLM in Common Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and MA in Fashion & Textiles from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
