Biography
Justin is an impact-driven strategy professional with nearly 20 years’ experience working across start-up social enterprises to multi-national corporations.
Justin has headed sustainability strategy at SC Johnson, PUMA and OVO Energy, leading inclusive (“Base of the Pyramid”) and circular business model innovation, shaping internal “cultures of responsibility” and integrating sustainability into products, services and partnerships. As an intrapreneur SCJ, Justin created a portfolio of social innovation projects including Community Cleaning Services, a micro-franchise cleaning service for low-income sanitation facilities across Nairobi.
Justin is GM of Azao Consulting’s UK office working with corporate clients to improve how they work with micro-entrepreneurs and engage emerging consumers. Justin is also the UK catalyst for the League of Intrapreneurs and a Senior Associate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
