Steven Fish is the Founder and Principle of SJR Fish & Associates, a boutique advisory group focused on developing multi sector partnerships for impact.  Steven is interested in the space where analog meets digital; especially the intersections between Environment, Social and Governance performance and emerging technologies like distributed ledgers, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence.

Steven was the CEO and Co-Founder of Consensas, an early stage start-up prototyping distributed ledger solutions for complex value chains. Prior to that he was the Executive Director of Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR) and a pioneering entrepreneur dedicated to building purposeful businesses.

Steven has served on the CSR expert advisory group to Industry Canada on their CSR Implementation Guide for Canadian Business and is a member of the Education Council for St. Michael’s College Sustainability & CSR Program at the University of Toronto.  A sought-after moderator and speaker, he has also contributed his insights to the Climate Summit of the Americas, the Conference Board of Canada, the French Economic Social and Environmental Council, Import-Export Canada, the Social Enterprise World Forum, Volunteer Canada, World Forum for a Responsible Economy, the European Union and the Government of Canada.
