Erol Kiresepi is the new President of the IOE, the largest network of the private sector in the world, with more than 150 businesses and employers in more than 140 countries. Erol is also the CEO of Santa Farma Pharmaceuticals, a company employing more than a thousand employees in Turkey and with an active corporate social responsibility approach (member of the UN Global Compact since 2010).

Erol Kiresepi is the President of the International Organization of Employers (IOE)
The OIE is the world’s largest private sector network; It has more than 150 federations of employers and companies in more than 140 countries. In discussions on social policy within the ILO, across the multilateral system and the United Nations, as well as in the G20 and other more recent processes, the OIE is recognized as the voice of business.

He is the CEO of Santa Farma Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Confederation of Employers’ Associations (TISK), of which he was Vice-President from 2014 to 2016. Born in Istanbul, Erol Kiresepi holds a degree in chemical engineering and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Bogazici.
