Michael Priddis is responsible for running and managing the analytical platform Tandem and is also the CEO of the company behind it, Faethm. Tandem helps businesses and governments invest in, deploy and take advantage of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics. The tool also helps them manage the process of operational and organizational change that is inherent to automation.

Michael Priddis is an internationally recognised thought leader on the impact of AI and emerging technologies on The Future of Work, and has spoken on this topic to corporate and government leaders all over the world. He is CEO of Faethm, an Australian R&D company, and was formerly a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, and Managing Director, Asia, of BCG’s technology innovation practice, “Digital Ventures”.

Michael will draw on Faethm’s work with major companies and governments internationally to explain how technology will impact jobs in the future, and will share actions that leaders in enterprise and government might take to create economic value from automation, whilst caring for the social and human implications that disruptive technologies bring.

Michael was formerly a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group, and Managing Director, Asia, of BCG’s technology innovation practice. Before this he was the founder and CEO of S&C, an award-winning product development company that was acquired by BCG in 2013.
