Professional Background: Andrea Moreno, Chief Compliance Officer of Grupo Mieres Angola Lda, trained as Expert Compliance Officer by Thomson Reuters/Aranzadi Formación, Cumplen and TRACE International, specializing in Corporate Compliance and anti-corruption Programs. Also counts with Certified Trainer Diploma by IEFF, Spain.
More than 20 years of experience which was developed mainly in Africa and Asia, where successfully programs were implemented for the development of Local Content and establishment of several companies, many of them multinationals operating in the Oil Sector in Africa.
As conference speaker, is often asked to share experiences on best practices and how to successfully implement Compliance Programs in companies and National Content programs
Former Vice President of the Association of Companies providing services to the O&G Industry, was responsible for the Implementation of the Association’s Social Responsibility Programs and Compliance Guidelines.
Very participatory internationally as a consultant and responsible for implementation of Compliance and Ethics programs alongside several clients of the Grupo Mieres Company, is also a member of Associations and International initiatives related to Compliance and ethics in Africa and Europe.
