Habiba Al Marashi is the President and Founder of Arabia CSR Network, the first multi-stakeholder platform across the Arab world, who engages with companies and government institutions to strengthen their commitment to sustainable development. Ms. Al Marashi is involved in numerous organizations and initiatives for the environment, RSE, women’s rights at national, regional and international levels. She is a recognized representative and spokesperson for the Arab countries of Western Asia.

Habiba Al Marashi is the President & CEO of Arabia CSR Network. Through her leadership, she initiated the first corporate social responsibility (CSR) network in the country in 2004 as the only multi stakeholder forum with local and multinational entities. The network has grown & evolved into an independent body known as the Arabia CSR Network.

She is a co-founder of Emirates Environmental Group, one of the pioneering NGOs in the Arabian Gulf. She is one of the founders and Treasurer of the Emirates Green Building Council. She was the first Arab woman to become a board member of the UN Global Compact. She is a member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Stakeholder Council. She is on the advisory committee of the DNV Certification Advisory Board for the Middle East and serves as a Board Member of the Dubai Customs Consultative Council.

Mrs. Al Marashi is involved in many initiatives on sustainable development at national, regional and international levels. She is a recognized representative and spokesperson for West Asian Arab nations at high ranking international summits.
