To remain competitive in the context of demographic change, industry needs to implement sustainable and economically viable solutions to keep their workforce active longer. At the same time, new EU initiatives (e.g. Guiding Principles on Active Ageing) and national legislation encourages companies to rethink existing HR models. This Lab session will provide participants with an insight into lessons learned based on company best practices and question the way HR managers can optimise their employees’ employability throughout their life stages.
