How ‘social intrapreneurs’ can drive innovation in business? Social intrapreneurs are people within large corporations who take direct initiative for innovations which address social or environmental challenges profitably. They challenge the conventional mindsets and leverage the company’s core business to deliver societal value on a large scale. In contrast with corporate volunteers, corporate responsibility champions or green team members inside companies, their innovations also create commercial value for their employers. Questions that will be addressed during this session are: How do you become a social entrepreneur? How do you get a good social entrepreneurial idea? What are the challenges you need to overcome? What competences do you need? With partners can help?
