32C - Culture and technology in the workplace of the future

Based on recent research, Great Place to Work® has found that the workplace culture of the future will be defined by three key elements:

1) FAIRNESS in the workplace, fundamental for all employees,
2) increased focus on DEVELOPING ALL EMPLOYEES and a deeper SENSE OF PURPOSE.

Based on the exponential evolution of technology, the way we work is highly impacted and being redefined. It is becoming more and more apparent from new conditions such as remote work, independent work, work from a client site, intrapreneurship, etc. Organizations are being challenged by the needs of the market as well as by the employees who push them to transform.

During this “round table” discussion, panelists will share their vision of the future workplace, the organizational, cultural and technology challenges they are facing and how they are preparing and responding to gear up for the future.
