This lab encourages participants to bring a real problem on which they are working or which needs to be worked on within their company. Participants will seek to help one another open their minds to new possibilities, drawing upon if needed, some techniques which are new to them. They will also while also be provided with a few examples of how companies have learned to better manage creativity and innovation so that it does benefit the company and not just the creative or innovative individual.
