Moderator Marie-Caroline CAILLET
Marie-Caroline Caillet is a Lead Consultant with the "Be-linked" firm. Specialized in the legal aspects of CSR for over 10 years, Marie-Caroline trained as a lawyer and holds a Juris Doctor degree. She successfully defended her thesis in 2014 on "CSR-based legal challenges: Case study of transnational companies". In 2016, she created the Resource Center devoted to Social Vigilance. She has conducted several research projects on corporate responsibility and human rights since 2002, as part of her university studies, and then focused on the NGO "Sherpa" (a French entity created in 2001, in the aim of protecting and defending populations victimized by economic crimes), that she joined in 2007. She subsequently collaborated with French and European NGOs working on corporate challenges and human rights. Marie-Caroline regularly lectures on these subjects in the curriculum of several university Masters programs.
Be-linked, a reference on NGO-Companies relations, combine expertise from the business world, the associative sector, and institutions to design innovative, transversal and value added solutions to the challenges of the relation between actors of the market sector and non lucrative sector.
