Speaker Lucile CELISSE

Biography

Lucile Celisse is responsible for the Retail business & CSR operations for McCain Continental Europe since January 2005 and recently for Middle East and Africa. Retail is a key channel for McCain in this zone, contributing to a sustainable value creation.

Lucile leads a business team of 150 people located in more than 25 countries driving the European retail Unit as one entity.

On top of her operational role she is responsible for the definition and the implementation of the CSR strategy called “Be Good, Do Good’ for the zone

She launched the first social Business in Colombia in 2013 with the team of Muhammad Yunus ,Nobel peace prize. She now leads an activist Social responsibility strategy in Europe with for example the launch of “Bon et Bien” a social business created by McCain in partnership with the French Retailer Leclerc and Randstad and as well as the launch ofKarpos Frontidas a Social Business in Greece.

Prior to this position, Lucile served as Vice-President Retail Marketing & Innovation for Continental Europe and in parallel headed the McDonald’s Business unit for the region from 2000 to 2005.

Lucile held several Marketing assignments building a strong brand equity and solid brand diversification within the Southern European area and in France from 1992 to 2000

Holder of a Business School degree (Sup de Co Lille), she started her career in 1981 in marketing functions with various food companies such as Buitoni/Nestle ,Campbell’s soup and Dowe Egbert where she grew through various marketing & sales challenges in France.

She sharpened her international executive management expertise with an MBA done at INSEAD in 2006.
