Speaker Augusta BUSTAMANTE


Graduate of Anthropology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, Publisher and Communicator of the School of Communications Monica Herrera is from Santiago de Chile. She also has a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility Diploma from Mexico Monterrey Tec.

Since 2006 she is the Social Responsibility Diners Club Manager ; the most important Ecuadorian credit card financial company. She has been Director of Crisfe Foundation. She has a background of over 18 years in planning and executing social programs. Augusta has been a Director of the Board of the National Institute for Children and is currently Chair of the Board of Ceres Ecuadorian Consortium for Social Responsibility.

She has worked in both areas: the social and business: Commercial Director of Banco Solidario, Manager of the Consumer Division of Bristol Ecuador, Category Manager Ferrero Chocolates , Project Manager Quality Assessment INNFA Services National Institute of Children and Adolescents, General Research Development Project for the Improvement of the Quality of Services INNFA-AID.

Ever since, she was a child, she has been an active collaborator in community activities and support to the poor people in Ecuador.
