Speaker Jean Bernard BAYARD
Biography
Jean-Bernard Bayard is the current President of the Chamber of Agriculture of Nord-Pas-de-Calais. He is a farmer on a mixed cropping farm of about a hundred hectares in Pas-de-Calais.
Former secretary-general of the National Federation of the Farmer's Union, he was responsible for issues pertaining to social relations, corporate law, farm management and agriculture taxation.
