Now the challenge for these platforms is that they contribute to more responsible consumption patterns (less over-consumption, resource saving, etc.), and that their business models ensure that the common good is shared by all.

Companies must be proactive in their relationship with stakeholders if they want to engage them in their own evolution projects. Today more than ever, companies must succeed to implicate their stakeholders in order to help them reconsider their position. This is absolutely necessary if businesses want to meet the needs and demands of today's world and if they want to move towards a more responsible economy. Technology has become a major tool to achieve these objectives.
