Sense of work: driver of employee engagement and wellbeing
Companies can positively impact society through their activities. Having a sense of work is a driver of employee’s engagement, performance of the company and is an increasingly important attractor for future candidates.
Nowadays, employees want to understand the context of decisions, the strategy and mission of the company. When this mission has a positive impact on society (social, environmental and/or economical) and the company and the management are able to share this mission with their teams, the results are exponential!
