Regions, cities and energy transition

The deep questioning of our energy production methods and use is a tremendous challenge for regions and cities, similar to the one gradually faced by the Hauts-de-France region with the REV3 project over the last five years.

All over the world, local initiatives emerge to combat climate change generated by the continued increase of our greenhouse gas emissions. Transition to clean energy, reduction of energy consumption…how can local economic stakeholders can contribute to support this transition ?
