Migratory movements and socio-economic integration: contributions to companies and quality of life at work.

Economic migration, climate induced migration, political migration ... Migratory movements are evolving and raise some questions. What is the responsibility of companies with respect to such movements? How are individuals apprehending the new emerging opportunities and / or the obstacles they encounter? This session will explore the question of integration from the standpoint of companies as well as collaborators. Impact of cultural diversity in terms of performance, innovation, working environment and organizational culture but also quality of jobs offered, working conditions, discrimination, union participation ...
