Speaker Clément RAY

Clément is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris and Columbia University. He worked for 5 years at McKinsey & Company as project manager in the Paris office. During this experience, he worked in the field of economic development in Europe and Africa, and particularly on agricultural growth strategies.

Clément Ray is the founder and President of InnovaFeed, an innovative biotechnology company producing a new source of protein from insects (Hermetia Illucens) for animal feed and especially for aquaculture.

InnovaFeed deploys an industrial showcase which will be on the biggest European production unit on the site of Gouzeaucourt in the Cambrésis.
