Speaker Julien CHANTRY

A graduate of HEC, Julien Chantry started his career in a start-up specializing in biofuels and carbon credits as Managing Director of their subsidiary in Indonesia. After 4 years in this field, he wanted to re-orient himself towards jobs closer to business and marketing and specifically in the food sector, to address its many challenges. He thus moved to KFC France's strategy department, a growing brand in France. After 1 year and having identified an opportunity on the breakfast market, he decided to launch a start-up to develop a 100% plant-based nutritional drink targeted at active young people.
