Speaker Charles-Edouard BOUEE

Charles-Edouard Bouée is CEO of Roland Berger since his election in June 2014. The group is very committed in CSR as well as in the field of education through the Roland Berger Foundation. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School with a Master of Science and a Master's degree in Law, he started his career as an investment banker at Société Générale in Paris and London. He is an expert in strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and large-scale performance improvement programs. His industry focus is financial services including Private Equity and the sector of energy and utilities. He joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2001 as Senior Partner in the Paris office. Prior to that, he was Vice President of A.T. Kearney from 1997 to 2001. He directs the activities of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants for Greater China since 2006 and is heading the Asian Leadership Team since 2009. He joined the Group Executive Committee in July 2010 and is responsible for Asia, France, Belgium and North Africa. Charles-Edouard Bouée also sits on the Shanghai board of the European Chamber of Commerce in China and is currently an advisor to the French Foreign Trade Ministry in Greater China. He has authored numerous books about management principles, combining his experience in Asia, the US and Europe.
