The 13th edition of the World Forum for a Responsible Economy will take place in the city center of Lille, in the French Hauts-de-France region from 15 to 17 October 2019.

As there are different venues for this event, always make sure to check on the World Forum Lille app where you are expected for the next session.

CCI Grand Lille

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the heart of the event. In the great hall of the CCI, you will be able to get your name tag, meet our team and the other World Forum attendees.

Subway: line 1, Rihour station

Streetcar: lines R or T, Gare Lille-Flandres station (from there you can connect with the line 1 of the subway and get off at Rihour station)

Bus: line NVL, Rihour station

Bike (V’Lille): Opéra station, Rue des Arts station, Rihour station or Nouveau Siècle station

 


Théâtre du Nord

The Théâtre du Nord is one of the biggest theater in Lille. All the conferences and plenary sessions will be held there.

How to get to the city center

From the airport

If you land at Lille-Lesquin airport, why not carpool with another World Forum participant? Carpooling is an economical and sustainable way of travelling and it is also the perfect opportunity for you to meet people who are going to the World Forum. You can either share your own car or find someone who is offering to share theirs via an app to get to Lille city center.

It is also possible to take the airport shuttle. It will take you to Lille-Flandres train station in just 15 minutes.

If you land in Paris, take the train from Paris-Nord station. It will get you to Lille within only one hour. You will arrive at Lille-Flandres station or Lille-Europe station which are both very close to the city center.

 

From the train station

If you arrive by train at Lille-Flandres station or Lille-Europe station, you can walk a few minutes or take the subway and get off at Rihour station to get to the city center.
